We have made your returns/refunds Easy, Simple and Hassle FREE. We wish for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason the order is not to your liking, We offer - "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" - 7 days return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us to to get an RMA Number and return details.
Some goods are exempt from being returned.
- Customized Jewelry (which includes custom ring sizing, custom design, engraved rings/set, customization of gemstones/diamonds to specification, etc.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It generally takes about 3 to 7 business days for the credit to show up on the account, depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet then contact your credit card company/bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not offer exchanges. If under certain circumstances, the exchange has been approved, there is a 18% of the purchase price restocking fees. Exchange orders do not qualify for returns/refunds.
Cancellation of Order
All our items are hand-made to order. Once the order is placed, we start processing the item immediately. Any order cancellation after 6 hours of placing the order would have a 19.25% of the purchase price cancellation fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items lost in transit during the returns process are not our responsibility. We can only process a refund, once the order is received in unused and original condition.
