AGemZ fully stand behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a 30 day manufacturers warranty. The Limited Jewelry Warranty comes with every AGemZ.com item.

What Does The AGemZ Warranty Cover?

Ring Sizing

• AGemZ will gladly resize a ring that is too small or too large. The Sizing will be done at discounted price. The customer is responsible covering the shipping and Metal charges.

Missing Stones

• We will gladly replace missing stones. However, the cost of the new stone is not covered by the warranty.

Rhodium

• We will gladly polish and rhodium plate your jewelry. This will reinforce the surface which helps resist scratches. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

Cleaning Services

• As you continue wearing your jewelry, natural oils and hand lotions may cause the metal to seem dull. Professionally cleaning your jewelry as needed will restore its original shine. We will gladly clean your jewelry as needed. The labor is FREE but the shipping and handling cost is covered by the customer.

Warranty Terms

This warranty covers manufacturer's defects, but excludes: lost stones; lost or stolen parts; damages due to personal misuse or negligence; general wear and tear such as scratches, and dents; fading or chipping (which depends almost entirely on how the product is handled by the user)' damages caused by misuse; tampering with the product; failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions (if included); and water damage. Repair performed by someone other than AGemZ will void any warranty policies through AGemZ. We will help repair the issue at discounted prices for our customers. Shipping charges are not included and are responsibility of the consumer.
